Our Staff


Jon Tull

Mr. Tull is eREI's founder, CEO, and product visionary. During his years as a commercial real estate researcher and analyst, Mr. Tull developed the conceptual framework for condensing volumes of commercial real estate data into easily used reports and advisory tools. These conceptual elements later coalesced into what is now eReal Estate Integration, Inc., (eREI). Together with several skilled professionals and leaders in their respective fields, as noted below, Mr. Tull has developed the software and analytics for rendering and analyzing commercial real estate information into useful decision making tools and reports.

Prior to founding eREI, Mr. Tull worked as an analyst for Marcus & Millichap in both their Ontario and Encino offices. During this tenure, Mr. Tull developed the analysis and presentations for $400 million in commercial real estate and wrote a real estate column for the Inland Empire Business Journal.



Scott Muldavin

Scott R. Muldavin, founder and President of The Muldavin Company, Inc. ("TMC"), serves on eREI's Board of Advisors. Mr. Muldavin and the Muldavin Company serve as consultants to commercial real estate companies, REITs, large real estate owners, and expert witnesses for commercial real estate related matters. Prior to founding TMC, Mr. Muldavin led the national real estate consulting practice at Deloitte & Touche and the Roulac Group. Mr. Muldavin is recognized as a national leader in the application of real estate capital and property market forecasts to predicting property value changes, transaction volumes, origination volumes and business opportunity analysis. Mr. Muldavin developed the first commercial mortgage risk-rating system for Standard & Poor's Corporation that led to the development of the $200 billion commercial mortgage securities industry, and the National Real Estate Capital Flows Database, which is published quarterly by Institutional Real Estate Inc. and the Pension Real Estate Association.

Mr. Muldavin is one of a select few individuals who is certified by the top management consulting (CMC) and top real estate consulting (CRE) professional organizations. In addition, Mr. Muldavin is a frequent speaker at national industry meetings, and has authored over 200 books and articles on real estate finance, investment, valuation and management. Mr. Muldavin received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.



Dr. Donald Bleich

Donald Bleich, founder and President of Bleich and Associates, serves on eREI's Board of Advisors. Dr. Bleich is a professor in the real estate department at California State University, Northridge and Director of the Center for Real Estate. Dr. Bleich is an expert in developing models for the real estate industry, particularly multi-family and multi-use buildings, and has refined the statistical and analytic models developed by eREI. Dr. Bleich's training and experience is particularly valueable given his experience as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and consultant in addition to his formal business and academic training with respective Masters degrees in business and statistics and a Ph.D. in real estate from UCLA.



Raja Jurdak

Mr. Jurdak serves on eREI’s Board of Advisors and brings his skills and training in statistics, network security and distributed computing to eREI. Mr. Jurdak’s experience with statistical analysis and his master’s degree in networks and distributed computing provides eREI with the human capital necessary for the design and implementation of intensive computational projects. Mr. Jurdak’s skills have been instrumental in eREI’s “Predictive Rent and Investment Opportunity Project”, allowing eREI to design a “learning machine” to model and predict rents on a property-by-property basis for multifamily properties.



Maya Mouawad

Ms. Mouawad brings many years of experience in real estate research and economic analysis to eREI. Ms. Mouawad holds an MBA degree and brings expert analytical skills related to the macro and micro economic variables affecting the investment real estate market. Ms. Mouawad has been a professional resource for real estate writers and business journals for several years and currently serves a the main contributor to eREI’s Market Analyst reports, business analysis and real estate consulting projects.



Scott Nave

Scott Nave helped found and organize eREI, serves on the company's Board of Directors and is Vice-President and General Counsel. Prior to joining eREI, Mr. Nave advised corporate and government clients on transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Nave has significant contract, litigation and human resource management experience and skills which have been employed at eREI. Additionally, Mr. Nave has considerable business skills, including building eREI's corporate structures and business strategy. Mr. Nave received a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.



Jon Oien

Jon Oien serves as eREI’s senior software engineer for .NET, Java, SQL Server and XML-based projects. Jon’s experience with real estate data standards and standards development processes has contributed to eREI’s ability to design and deploy best of breed XML projects. Jon’s experience with a wide variety of technologies has helped eREI integrate sophisticated analytical technologies with leading software design techniques.
